I have a beautiful Cathedral
Where I meet with God alone.
No stained glass windows,
No walls, or polished stone.
I have no need for candles
Or a carpet for my knees,
Just lovely soft green grass
Under the beauty of the trees.
In this beautiful cathedral
Everywhere I see God's love.
In the evening the stars pot out
In the dark sky up above.
Watching the stars slowly fade
I see the beautiful morning light,
Slowly many sunbeams
Replace the dark of night.
From my beautiful cathedral
Watching the sun rise in the sky
I know my God is alive today
I look up and smile as I pray.
