The Ascension ~ Danny Hahlbohm

An Angel Watching Over Me ~ Pamela Lawson

It has been three years now
Since you have been gone
It gets harder and harder each day
Knowing in my life you could not stay.

Whenever darkness fills the sky
There is always a light shining bright
I cannot help but to cry
For I know it's my son in my sight.

My heart so filled with blessings
My precious son is near
An Angel now appears
To wipe away my sad and lonely tears.

Softly he whispers to me
"Mom please do not grieve
I know how hard this can be
But from you I did not leave.

The day in Heaven when I arrived
Jesus looked at me with pride
He told me forever I will be your guide
Just continue to feel my love inside".

What a comfort it is to know
My son is with me where ever I go
Constantly I am reminded of
My special angel watching me from above.

Through out each day and night
My son's wings hold on to me tight
Assuring me as each day passes by
Forever He is still by my side.

' An Angel Watching Over Me' was written in
memory of Linda Shipman's loving son
Robert "Buddy" Shipman
who was murdered 13th November 1999.

Robert was the loving father of two children
Buddy Jr. and Valerie Shipman.

My prayer is that this memorial will bring peace
and comfort to Linda, Buddy Jr., Valerie and all those
who knew and loved Robert.

Born 13 May, 1976  ~  Died 13 November, 1999.
